Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that limited edition comeback merchandise and clearance items are final sale.

Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization number within 48 hours.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible. Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Credits will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
